Applying for State Licensing, Medicare Certification, and More


Receive licensing and accreditation for your health care company. ILS will help you obtain the necessary licensing and accreditation through your state so you can provide approved services to clients.

State-Specific Licensing

Based on the state you are doing business in, ILS will complete the applicable state licensing documents that relate to your home health care company. We will also provide any state level supplemental documents necessary to complete the application process. Once the documents are completed, we will forward them to you for review and submission.

Medicare Certification

ILS will complete your CMS 855a application and all supporting documents including Health Insurance Benefit Agreement and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). After completion, we will provide you with instructions on how to submit your application to your specific intermediary contractor. ILS also assists with IROF requests (Capitalization), as this is a time sensitive process.

Survey Assistance 

ILS will help you apply for accreditation, including in the survey preparation specific to your chosen accreditation organization (AO). We will provide you with a survey preparation guide, as well as a checklist to help you with the process.
